As we celebrate our bicentenary year in 2024, we are delighted to relaunch the Angostura® Global Cocktail Challenge. This marks the beginning of a new dialogue with the bartending community as we search for the next generation of champions worldwide.

Our theme for this year's challenge is... A journey through time... a celebration of 200 years of Angostura, bartending and classic cocktails.

Add a few dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters to this baked pears with gorgonzola and honey dish for some super tasty Autumnal flavours.

Cut your pears in half and scoop out the core. Drizzle with honey mixed with ANGOSTURA® aromatic and orange ...bitters
Place thyme and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
Fill the centrE with gorgonzola cheese.
Garnish with walnuts and drizzle honey over the pears.

Serve warm and enjoy!

This refreshing concoction combines the vibrant flavours of mint, cucumber, aloe vera, and ANGOSTURA®'s signature 1824 rum infused in ...red oak wine.

Ingredients:
8-10 mint leaves
5 ml cucumber syrup
25 ml fresh aloe vera
50 ml ANGOSTURA® 1824 rum infused in red oak wine
15 ml fresh lime juice, freshly squeezed
4 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters

Recipe:
Muddle mint leaves, cucumber syrup, and aloe vera in a glass.
Add infused ANGOSTURA®'s 1824 rum, lime juice, and 2 dashes of ANGOSTURA® bitters.
Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice and stir vigorously until frost forms on the outside.
Top off with more crushed ice, creating a small mound above the rim.
Finish with 2 dashes of bitters.
