Rum cocktail: Old Flame
45ml Angostura 1824
15ml Chilli-infused PX sherry
5ds Angostura Aromatic bitters
2ds Angostura Orange bitters
Stir all ingredients in a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with orange zest and a chilli ganache chocolate.
Amaro cocktail: Deliciousness
30ml Amaro di Angostura
10ml Pineapple syrup
2ds Angostura Orange bitters
20ml Coffee liqueur
1 Egg white
Whip egg white until stiff, fold in coffee liqueur and leave to side. Stir other ingredients in a rocks glass over large ice then layer over coffee foam. Lightly brûlée the top of the foam and serve immediately.
