1/4 Pommegrade fruit
10 ml Sugar syrup
15 ml Mandarin Juice
15 ml Mango Juice
Float w/ Angostura Foam (angostura ,egg white ,sugar)
Garnish: Pomme grade seeds

MILLERS SEASONING
1 Chunk of Cucumber
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
60 ml Miller's Gin
3 Dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
5 ml Elderflower Cordial
Garnish: Cucumber Slice with cracked pepper

MANDARIN SAZERAC
25 ml La Fee Verte Absinth
Top up chilled Water
45 ml Makers Mark
15 ml Mandarin Napoleon
3 Drop ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
5 ml sugar syrup
Ps: the absinth and water are use to rinse the glass therefore cont as one ingredient.
Garnish: Lemon & Mandarin zest
