The winner of the #AGCC Baltic & Scandinavia
The winner of the #AGCC Baltic & Scandinavia Regional Final is Emilis Šarkovas from Vilnius, Lithuania. He will now represent the Region at the AGCC European Finals in Athens, Greece in September 2017.
