RUM COCKTAIL RECIPE

Name: Big Bird

Ingredients: 45ml: Angostura ® 7 year old rum
7.5ml: Fernet Branca
20ml: Citrus (Fresh Lemon or Lime)
20ml: Crawley's Spiced Honey Apple
40ml: Fresh Pineapple juice
6 Dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters

Glass: Fancy

Garnish: Served platter style with Pineapple chips and a Liquorice aroma on the side. No straw in cocktail.

Method: Shake & Double strain –straight up

FREESTYLE COCKTAIL RECIPE

Name: Olympia

Ingredients: 45ml Hine Cigar Reserve
15ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximenez
15ml Fresh Lemon juice
15ml Egg white
1bsp Paul Simon Fig & Lemon Jam
6 Dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters (1 in the drink, 5 floated on top)

Glass: Tumbler

Garnish: 5 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters as a float. Straw. Served platter style. On a wooden breadboard. With Muscatel Clusters on the vine, beside a bed of Tobacco leaves (unrolled Cuban Cigar leaves).
