FREESTYLE COCKTAIL: The Charmer



1½ oz Angostura® 5 Year Old Rum

¾ oz Benedictine ¼ oz sherry vinegar

¼ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1 bar spoon organic honey

5 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic Bitters


Method:Shake all ingredients over ice made of mineral water and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with bay leaf foam infused with honey and bitters.



RUM COCKTAIL: Smokey Bitters



1¼ oz Angostura® 5 Year Old Rum

¾ oz Yellow Chartreuse

¼ oz Portugal Liqueur

¼ oz mace infused simple syrup (mace and brown cane sugar)

5 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic Bitters

Smoke from fresh cinnamon bark soaked in ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters for 3 days



Method:Smoke glassware with fresh cinnamon bark soaked in ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters for three days. Stir ingredients over ice made of mineral water. Serve in white wine glass and garnish with Portugal peg seasoned with salt, black pepper, brown sugar and shadon-beni (cilantro) then smoked.
